At Southside Skatepark Skateshop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Verify Condition
Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached; skate decks must not be gripped or skated, and apparel must be unwashed.
Initiate Request
Contact our support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and ship them back to our Houston warehouse using a trackable shipping method of your choice.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
