How long does shipping take for complete skateboards?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you ordered a custom-built complete, please allow an additional 24 hours for our shop team to professionally assemble and grip your board.
What is your return policy on skate hardware?
We accept returns on unused and unmounted gear within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once a deck has been gripped or trucks have been mounted, we cannot accept a return unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes.
How do I know which deck size is right for me?
Deck size is largely preference, but generally, skaters with larger feet or those skating transition prefer wider boards (8.25"+), while technical street skaters often prefer narrower boards (7.75" - 8.25"). Check our sizing guide for more details.
Can I pick up my online order at the Southside Skatepark physical location?
Absolutely. Select 'In-Store Pickup' at checkout and your gear will be ready for you at the front desk. Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email.
